The so called shake or buttermilk were highly diluted nothing more than a coloured water, some of the brand of liquor mentioned in the menu but were not available. The breakfast had limited fruits, no apple or Banana which are basic breakfast fruits. The food was unhealthy with lots of spice and masala. There was no stationery or even a pen and paper in the room.The temperature control panel was nonfunctional, the housekeeping also couldn't fix it or had no clue of the same.Linen was not clean. The tea kit didn't have a stirrer stick to mix tea or milk, one had to ask for the same.

The WC in the bathroom was stained and couldn't be cleaned even after the housekeeping efforts.The TV in the room has only Free channels, no HD or paid channels are available. Rooms are spacious but poorly maintainedwith a balcony opening towards big lawns but poorly maintained.There was no soap / shampoo in the dispenser,when complained the answer was that they use liquid soap packet until the last drop to save money.In the name of toiletries,there was only one small soap. its located 15 mins drive from the airport but not easily traceable. The AGM called up to apologise for all the lapses and assured to meet which never happened.The staff was casual, unprofessional, shabbily dressed with no or little training in hospitality.The housekeeping supervisor was smelling of liquor or some pan masala.
